Shipping Information

All orders are safely delivered by a secure valid tracking system.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options (Standard/Economy/Express). 
Shipments vary widely from country to country. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
(If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.) 

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays within each country. 

Our handling time(Processing time) is about 3 to 5 days. 

Shipping - excluding handling time (3-5 days)

• Standard: 7-14 days
• Economy: 5-7 days
• Express: 3-5 days

*Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost.

Duty and Tax

Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). 

An additional customs and tax fee may occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may cause delays in the order.

RETURN/REFUND

Request a Return

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable).

Items must be in new and unopened/unworn condition.

Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.

Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as foods), and personal care goods (such as cosmetics or beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please understand it takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
