Delivery

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● Canada/USA: 5–6 business days
● Australia: 10–15 business days
● South Korea/Japan: 6–10 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

*Please understand, due to the pandemic, shipping takes longer than usual.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

While most of our suppliers take care of the taxes and custom duties themselves, when shipping within a country, sales taxes may be applicable. This varies from supplier to supplier: the charges that are levied on purchases vary, depending on their location.

The way duty and taxes work for international customers is that it is charged once it arrives in the country of destination. The major reasoning for this is so those national tax authorities can get their taxes and duties from citizens under their laws and jurisdictions.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support [at] billyforce.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?
We work with reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shippers. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support [at] billyforce.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [insert your support email here] within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support [at] billyforce.com!

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support [at] billyforce.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support [at] billyforce.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

 

Underwear & Swimwear Returns

What’s your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of underwear products and our strict health policies, we don’t offer returns and exchanges for underwear and swimwear. This to ensure that all customers can confidently enjoy brand new products.

Please choose wisely, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind

However, we take full responsibility for any errors in fulfilment (ie. incorrect size, item, quantity, style, or damaged items). If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support [at] billyforce.com.

Merch by Billyforce guarantees that your personal information is safe and secure. Each transaction processed utilizes the latest industry standards for secure online credit card processing. Secure servers and SSL protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the entire ordering process.  Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission.
For your security credit card information is never stored at Merch by Billyforce and is never accepted via email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also pay with your PayPal account or a Visa Debit Card if you don't have a credit card.

 

Privacy Policy: Disclosure of Information

When you submit and order through billyforce.com you are granting Merch by Billyforce permission to transmit the required information to necessary third parties for the completion of your order. However, Merch by Billyforce does not share, sell, or rent any identifying information to any third party for use other than to process your order. This commitment to your privacy also includes our email address databases: at no time will Merch by Billyforce (billyforce.com) share, sell or rent our email database to any third parties.

We encourage you to visit this section of our Site regularly in order to remain informed of any changes. Any such amendment shall be effective once the revised terms have been posted on the Site.
